Atletico Madrid ace Antoine Griezmann probably expected to receive a fair bit of stick after dying his hair bright blue… but perhaps not from Barcelona’s Neymar.

As the comments poured in from his 11.3million Instagram followers Griezmann was given a mixed reception by fans around the globe, that is until Neymar decided to weigh in with his opinion.

Barcelona superstar Neymar was straight in with a comment and couldn’t hold back laughter
Not holding back with his views, Neymar hit the caps lock and commented: ‘HHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA.’
The Barcelona ace kept his opinion short and simple, but that didn’t stop Griezmann coming back with a response.
The France international clearly saw the playful side of the comment and replied with a series of tongue-out, winking emojis.
Neymar and Griezmann are known to be good friends, despite playing for two of Spain’s biggest rival teams.

The pair have exchanged conversations on social media several times before, with Neymar replicating Griezmann’s goalscorer celebration back in May and taking to Instagram to discuss it in the aftermath.
Griezmann was heavily linked with a move away from Spain this summer, with Manchester United touted as the most likely destination.
Jose Mourinho was keen to bring the highly rated forward to Old Trafford, only for Griezmann to show his loyalty to the Madrid-based side and put pen to paper on a fresh deal.
