She’s a supermodel, but on Tuesday she pulled some superhero-esque magic tricks.

Naomi Campbell started her day with sleek and silky black tresses, and ended it just hours later with a full Afro as she finished a stint at the SiriusXM studios in New York City.

The multi-talented 43-year-old made further waves during her public outing by slipping into a long-haired tan fur gilet, continuing her recent support of fur products in spite of the fact that she once declared she’d rather go naked than wear fur.

What a transformation! Naomi Campbell was spotted out in NYC on Tuesday with long straight hair and then, hours later, she was sporting a full afro... all the while donning a long-haired gilet

Naomi started her day with an appearance on The Early Show, teaming her straight-haired look with
bootcut jeans, wedged Isabel Marant
trainers and a black trilby hat.

The star looked sleek and sophisticated, showing off recently-manicured nails, glossy straight hair and perfect lip make-up.

In true diva style, Campbell was photographed clutching an oversized black handbag on her trip to .

However, somewhat unusually for the Streatham supermodel, she was photographed smiling rather than with her usual pout.

Later in the day, the model must have
found herself Superman’s phonebooth because she was later seen wearing
exactly the same outfit, but for a cool 70s inspired Afro that replaced
her sleek locks.

Her second
stop of the day was New York’s SiriusXM studios, where she took the
microphone alongside fashion guru Diane von Furstenburg for what looked
to be a fun conversation.

Naomi’s
wardrobe for this particular appearance certainly matched the era of
her hairdo: a slimming, long-sleeved black and white maxi-dress complete
with a collar and zebra stripes.

Her ‘now you see it, now you don’t’ appearances come after a recent stint of wearing her hair in a large Afro, both while out and about and while on TV shows.

The new look, which has once again been replaced by long locks, followed images of her which revealed signs of hair loss back in February.

Meanwhile Naomi’s happy demeanour is no doubt down to the fact her TV career is currently going from strength to strength.

The fashion veteran is currently taking her TV show to Australia, where she takes on well-known Australian models Nicole Trunfio and Cheyenne Tozzi, as they compete to find the new talent to front a major campaign.

Stunning Nicole Trunfio recently revealed that she and Naomi haven’t always seen eye-to-eye while filming.

On Tuesday’s episode of Mornings, she was honest about the spirit of the competition and that the older supermodel’s tantrum throwing was disrespectful.

The leggy brunette was joined by third mentor Cheyenne Tozzi, who said she thought Naomi was allowed to throw tantrums.

Nicole said she couldn’t disagree more, but in the same breath said she still respected one of the world’s most famous supermodels.

You make it sound like it’s her hair. I mean she probably paid for it yes but it’s certainly not growing out of her scalp.

“Naomi Campbell effortlessly goes from long sleek tresses to 70s afro in a matter of hours” ……. How long does it take to put on a wig!

its hardly a effort in the first place when you are as bald as a coot and keep your spare rugs on the coat hook at the door and just lob on whatever you fancy! and they both look hideous

I don’t want to ruin the magic, but this effortless transformation is thanks to swapping wigs.
